WELCOME TO
THE HADEN SUMMER 2000 VACATION

You know, lots of folks go to LAS VEGAS, or DISNEY WORLD, or EUROPE, or CALIFORNIA, but we wanted something more simple..somewhere we could take our little dog PIPPY, and elderly, very cute, mini-dachshund... well, we found our place.. We found a place that had NO PHONES, NO FAXES, NO RELATIVES, NO IN-LAWS, but LOTS OF FISH!! Well, that vacation spot was right in our own back yard!! We went to CJ's Fishing RESORT!!

C.J. Smith Resort is located in Antioch, Illinois which is only about 40 miles from our home! We fish there often but this is the first time we actually rented the house and stayed for a while. What a nice vacation!

Oh, Let me introduce ourselves! I am AnnaMarie with my dear husband, Gary and OUR baby, Little Miss Pippy! Pippy is our adorable (elderly) mini-dachshund!

Here is GARY, Pippy's DAD in the kitchen after we caught a bucket of fish!! What fun!! Pippy slept through the whole thing!

See how cute the kitchen is...It was hard to get a good picture, but the kitchen as well as the other rooms are decorated in a fishing motif.

Here we are just going into the channel to Bluff Lake. Mom is enjoying the scenery while Pippy is already asleep in her bed on the boat!

WOW, Now Gary has to clean the fish, but better let PIPPY check them out first!

Yes, PIPPY is checking out those fish! She must check to make sure they are not full of MONSTERS! She does that by licking the fish, and if she does find MONSTERS, then THAT is the excuse to EAT the fish!. Of course, this is to protect her family! Of course....
